Coach Saladino is a former lacrosse player from Georgian Court University, where he was recognized for his dedication and performance. In 2018, he was named CACC Player of the Year, Male Athlete of the Year for the university, earned First Team All-Conference honors, and helped win the CACC Conference Championship. As a performance coach, his goal is to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more confident so they can excel in their sport and reach their full potential.
